Then simply fill in the worksheet with your window well measurements. There is no need to figure out which model you need. We do that for you! We’ll recommend the proper style cover, size, and fit.

Step 1: Gather what you need:

A tape measure and pencil or pen
A print-out of the Masonry/Wood Instruction sheet. Click here.

Step 2: Measure your window wells as indicated on the instruction sheet:

Indicate the style of masonry or wood well you have – Rectangular or Circular.
Does your well have a metal grate? If it does, check yes and send a photo.
Measure the inside width of your window well – Using Column #1, A
Measure how far the well projects out from the house WALL (not the window) to the inside edge of the well top – Column #1, B
If the top of the window is higher than the top of the well, measure the window height from the well top to the top of the window – Column #1, WH
Rectangular wells – measure X and Y to indicate the width(s) of the top edge of the well – Column #1, X and Y.
Circular wells – Column #1, X only.
